Who We Are

We are Sofia and Lisa, co-founders of a Copenhagen-based pre-sale design and staging studio built on one clear idea: great design should create measurable value.

With backgrounds in interior design, styling, and project coordination across Europe and Denmark, we have worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects—from compact city apartments to larger family homes and development units. Our experience spans various markets and buyer profiles, providing us with a strong understanding of what makes a property stand out and sell.

Over the years, we have been involved in projects where thoughtful design decisions—such as spatial optimisation, material choices, lighting, and styling—have helped transform homes into more attractive and desirable spaces. We combine Scandinavian simplicity with a broader European design perspective, allowing us to create interiors that appeal to both local and international buyers.

Our approach goes beyond traditional staging. We focus on pre-sale transformation—identifying the changes that will have the greatest visual and financial impact before a property is listed. This can include everything from subtle styling adjustments to light/full-scale renovations and various furnishing concepts.

What defines our work is a balance between aesthetics and strategy. Every decision we make is guided by how it will influence the buyer’s perception, emotional connection, and ultimately the value of the home.
